No it's Photoshop and not a very good job if you ask me. They added to shadow of the bike but forgot the shadow of the girl ... hehe
update .. I see her shadow in the larger version you have linked Jennifer. I stand by my original call. The girls' shadow is the wrong color and going in the wrong direction. That's why I missed it in the small version. :)
